    Omega-3 is amazing. Ever since I started talking it 3 months ago my skin has become so much softer and overall healthier. Hell, I feel a lot healthier in general since I started taking it! btw I recommend you try Nature’s Made fish oil. Great product!

      Just eat a lot of sushi and get your omega 3 that way

      I take Lovaza, which high grade fish oil. Downside, you need a prescription from the doctor and itwill cost you almost $200 for a 30 day supply
